Lee J. Petros “Petrohilos” is the principal at The Petros Law Offices. His practice emphasizes Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate (both Commercial and Residential) and Civil Litigation. Additionally, Mr. Petros is an SBA designated 504 loan closing attorney, representing Certified Development Companies in connection with the SBA 504 loan program. Mr. Petros’ experience has included trial and appellate cases as well as alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Petros is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, as well as all courts of the State of California.
